At Peroni’s Jewelry, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

Exchanges only are permitted within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date or delivery date, whichever occurs later.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be returned in perfect, sellable condition, unworn, unaltered, and free from any signs of damage or wear.

Original proof of purchase is required.

Upon receipt of your exchange request, we will inspect the item within seven (7) business days to ensure it adheres to our guidelines .

The following items are final sale and not eligible for exchange under any circumstances:

  • Custom-made or special-order pieces

  • Bridal jewelry

  • Engraved or personalized items

  • Items marked as Final Sale

All original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
